Research Opportunities

Undergraduate Students may receive a stipend of up to $3,000 to participate in a summer TURC (Tulsa Undergraduate Real Estate Challenge) Project. For information on TURC, please see their website and you can view past and current real estate research opportunities in the “Team Projects Directory”.

The Center for Real Estate Studies aims to support students academically and professionally. We encourage students to take advantage of a wide array of scholarships and professional development programs designed to support your passion for real estate. These prestigious opportunities, provided by industry associations, foundations, and private organizations, can help fund your academic journey while connecting you with key players in the field. External Scholarships and Professional Development Opportunities

Internal Scholarships

TU students minoring in real estate are encouraged to apply to the Joachim Stahler Endowed Real Estate Scholarship Award. There is up to $2,000 available in scholarships through this award. Applications for the awards will open in February 2025 for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Often, we are able to bring a limited number of students to luncheons, conferences, site tours, or networking events at no charge to the students.
